Louis and Billie Van Dyke have been in the hospitality/restaurant business since opening their first restaurant in a small house that seated 68 in 1985. They purchased a Greek revival mansion in January 1991, located in Social Circle, Georgia, that had been vacant for almost 24 years, and after extensive renovation opened it to the public on Thanksgiving Day as the Blue Willow Inn Restaurant.
