She’s contributed to the New York Times, Parenting, and the Huffington Post, and is best known for the satirical Twitter account Honest Toddler and her debut novel, Confessions of a Domestic Failure.
Bunmi grew up in a religious environment but, like so many, suffered institutional burns. She’d felt drawn to Judaism from a young age and married a Jewish man, converting to raise their children in the faith, but after the marriage ended, she found herself drifting in and out of belief. It wasn’t until she heard the unmistakable call of a loving Middle Eastern fisherman named Yeshua (Jesus) that she found home.
