In the wake of the disappearance of several young women, the city of New Orleans is in the grip of terror. Priscila Serrano has become a famous detective of ritualistic murders; yet this case seems to be more about kidnappings. When the first cadavers appear, the FBI sends her to New Orleans along with Ray Charles. Their mission is to discover the dangerous kidnapper and killer.
The victims are linked to traces of voodoo ceremonies. Furthermore, all the missing young women were virgins who belonged to an organization similar to the Boy Scouts. The case grows more complex when Priscila realizes that the events are related to an old New Orleans scandal that many have tried to keep under wraps until now. Throughout the investigation, Priscila and Ray discover that the forces of evil are supernaturally hovering over the city.
